Reporting of Voting Rights according to WpHG

In accordance with the Securities Trading Law (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) a party that reaches, exceeds or falls below certain percentage levels of voting rights and/or financial instruments related to voting rights, is obliged to report this to the affected company without delay.

We kindly request that any shareholders obliged to inform Volkswagen AG about changes in numbers of voting rights submit the relevant notification only electronically (in accordance with section 2 StimmRMV) to the following e-mail address:
