At the core of MOIA’s business model is its Turnkey Solution, a fully integrated system that combines all technological and operational components required to deploy autonomous mobility services. The solution includes purpose-built autonomous vehicles, a comprehensive software ecosystem for fleet and passenger management, and operational services that enable the seamless integration of autonomous mobility into existing transportation systems.

Since its founding in 2016, MOIA has evolved from an operational mobility provider into a technology-driven system provider. Through the development and operation of its ridepooling service in Hamburg since 2019, MOIA has gained extensive expertise in fleet orchestration, digital platform integration, and the operational management of complex mobility systems. These insights now directly inform the development of its autonomous Turnkey Solution.

In addition, MOIA supports cities and mobility companies through its Mobility Consulting services, helping them strategically plan and implement autonomous on-demand mobility solutions. Using simulation-based analyses, MOIA provides data-driven decision-making support and practical recommendations for designing and scaling autonomous mobility services as part of efficient transportation networks.
